I made a new tutorial. Inspired by the ice cold weather that made its way through Texas.

Ricepaper e/s - highlight (227 brush)
Rich Flesh e/s (matte brown) - crease (217 brush)
Freshwater e/s (sea blue) - crease (217 brush)
Electra e/s (bright silver) - inner 1/3 of lid & inner 1/2 lower lashline (213 brush)
Lumiere Blueberry Pigment (light blue with silver reflects) - middle 1/3 of lid (239 brush)
Blue Storm e/s (dark blue) - outer 1/3 of lid & outer 1/2 lower lashline (239 brush)

    Steph, u can wear any color and pull it off! That and you have great eyeshadow placement techniques.:)

    OH wow that looks amazing =D I always wanted to get better at applying eyeshadow and such..but I'm too lazy to practice and try new things lol :[ I guess I'll try a few of your tutorials some day =D
