I filmed and edited this video about a month ago so it's a little behind on the times. That's why I had a Christmas tree in my room, it's put away now hehe. I figured doing a voice over would make the video not as long, otherwise I feel it could have been easily 30+ minutes. I'm not used to voice overs so I hope y'all will keep that in mind :)
I was hesitant in posting it because I'm not the greatest at decorating. Well, I take that back.... once I make up my mind on what I want, I'm good because obviously I keep true to my own style. But it takes me a while to feel comfortable when decorating. I really try to accumulate pieces that I know I'm going to LOVE for a long time, I just can't deal with buying something & being bored with it in a short amount of time. Not only that, my style is very simplistic. I like gray, white & black and am very conscious when it comes to adding colors in my space. It's also taken me a while to get it where it's at since I only really started decorating it in the past year. We've been in our house for 2 years and for a while, I was literally too busy with work and then planning my wedding. Patience has certainly been a virtue I've been working on!
However, I feel like I want to share my personal space & style to hopefully inspire anyone else and to keep track of my dressing room progress. I love how my dressing room looks so far & have a clear picture of where I want it to go in the next year (wardrobe system).
Let me know if y'all like these kinds of posts..... Pictures after the jump.

I love the simplicity, but yet it's very modern. Can't wait to have my own place to start decorating! I would love to see the progress of your dressing room :)
