It's no secret that gray and blush are my all time favorite color combo. Mixed with my usual black and white attire, it makes for just the right pop of color... without it really being a huge pop. I'm very particular when I incorporate colors into my wardrobe so this combo is just the right amount of color for me. Although it's not the traditional fall color palette, I like to stay pretty consistent with my style (once in a while I'll be more adventurous) & add extra layers for that fall feel.
It's a shame that I've had this jacket in my closet for years and have not worn it. Mainly since the sleeves were too long and I was too lazy to get it altered for the longest time #letsbehonest. I love the blush hue and the style is slightly Chanel-eque at a non-Chanel price point (one day).
These knit pants are one of my favorite pieces ever. They're a thick knit material, not see through at all and fit just right. They were from LOFT a couple of seasons ago. I was almost about to have a nervous breakdown a few weekends ago when I accidentally put it through the dryer when it's lay flat to dry.... thankfully they still fit wonderfully. Thank you sweet baby Jesus!
I've had this top handle satchel for a few years as well. I bought it from Kate Spade during one of the flash sales and it has been a favorite in my closet. I really love top handle bags, I have my eye on another one from Henri Bendel that I hope to get my fingers on during a sale.
Now for my most recent favorite, these heels are literally HANDS DOWN the best pair of heels I own (when it comes to style, quality and comfort). First day I wore them, they were comfortable until about 8 hours in. Then I felt like I was getting a blister on one of my toes. But after that, they have been so very comfortable. I can actually wear them the entire day at work and not feel like my feet are bleeding. I even wore them to a recent work conference where I had to trek from one end of the resort to the other... Still pretty comfortable especially if you're walking on carpet all day. It does tend to be a little more uncomfortable walking on hard floors a majority of the time but in comparison to other heels that I have, they are #1 in terms of comfort. I foresee myself getting a few more colors in this style. LOVE. They're true to size btw, I got them in 7.5 and they are amazing.
What I'm Wearing:
H&M Blouse | LOFT Knit Pants [similar here & here] | BP @ Nordstrom Jacket [similar here] | Kate Spade Little Nadine Satchel [similar here, here & here] | Ivanka Trump Carra Heels | MAC Chestnut Lip Pencil + MAC Verve Lipstick
And because y'all know I'm really not as serious as I try to look...... ever the professional :P
I love the bag! Do you know what the style is called? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! It's the Kate Spade Little Nadine satchel. I've had it for a couple of years though so not sure if it's still available :(
